Flat-rate shipping
Every order ships for a flat $10.50 to any address in the United States, regardless of the product or quantity in the cart. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout.
Where orders ship
Direct website checkout delivers to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not currently offered. The flat rate applies to every address in the United States, including US territories and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
Made-to-order production
NeumannWorks products are printed and inspected after an order is placed. Expect roughly 7 business days before dispatch. Production time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.
Carrier and tracking
Orders ship with tracking. Carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Address changes
Customers should verify their delivery address before payment. An address-change request can only be honored before a shipping label is purchased or the package is transferred to the carrier.
Delays
If NeumannWorks cannot ship within the estimated 7 business day production window, the customer will be notified and offered a choice between accepting a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a full refund.
Loss, damage, or an incorrect delivery
Contact NeumannWorks promptly at gary@neumannworks.com, using the details on the Returns page. Please keep the packaging and send photographs when reporting visible shipping damage or an incorrect item. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
