Scope and current status
This policy applies to neumannworks.com. The current public site does not offer customer accounts, a newsletter form, a contact form, or active direct checkout. NeumannWorks does not currently install a separate advertising or audience-analytics service.
Information processed when you visit
The hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and security or performance logs. This information is used to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the site.
Information processed when checkout opens
Stripe-hosted checkout is planned to process payment and collect information such as name, email address, billing or shipping address, payment details, purchase amount, selected products, and transaction identifiers. NeumannWorks will receive the order and customer information needed for fulfillment, support, refunds, tax records, and fraud prevention. NeumannWorks will not receive or store a customer’s complete payment-card number through this website.
Stripe handles information under its own Privacy Policy and may use cookies, device data, and transaction information for payment, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
How information is used
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Process and fulfill orders after direct checkout launches.
- Provide shipment updates, customer support, replacements, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain business, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
- Enforce the site terms and protect customers, NeumannWorks, and service providers.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by service providers that perform work for NeumannWorks, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payment processing, and shipping carriers for delivery. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety.
NeumannWorks does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and browser signals
The site does not currently use NeumannWorks-controlled advertising or analytics cookies. Infrastructure and payment providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security, functionality, payment, and fraud prevention. Because NeumannWorks does not independently track visitors across unrelated websites, a browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change the current site’s behavior.
Retention and security
Information will be kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security; NeumannWorks uses service providers and practical safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
Your choices and corrections
The current site has no customer account or direct submission form. A public privacy-request email will be published before direct checkout or any direct collection of customer information is enabled. After launch, customers will be able to use that address to ask what contact or order information NeumannWorks maintains and to request a correction, subject to identity verification and recordkeeping obligations.
Children
The site and products are not directed to children under 13, and NeumannWorks does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes affecting an existing order will not retroactively reduce rights already provided for that order.
